The Opportunity

The Engagement Lead is a pivotal role within Thoughtworks, serving as the primary delivery, solution, and strategic leader for AI-native advisory engagements. This position requires an individual who can act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (CTO, CIO, CDO), leading in the development of high-level technology strategies that define execution clarity and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead building comprehensive technology strategies for clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on AI-native solutions
• Ensure alignment between strategic intent and executive-level decision-making
• Facilitate the connection of client's strategic goals with practical execution plans
• Drive high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring measurable business outcomes
