Email Marketing Manager (FitMe)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile wellness company in their search for an Email Marketing Manager to lead revenue-driving campaigns for a popular fitness application. Our client has built a platform designed for busy professionals seeking short, home-based workout routines, and they need a data-driven email marketing specialist to optimize user engagement and conversion throughout the customer journey.

This is a fully remote position, and our talent team is looking for someone with at least two years of email marketing experience in B2C or performance marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch email campaigns using Reteno platform to achieve agreed revenue targets
• Restructure email marketing infrastructure for users who provide contact information during onboarding
• Build campaign foundations including segmentation by marketing funnels and automated flow creation
• Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates across the entire email funnel
• Design and implement thematic campaigns while maintaining stability of risk metrics
• Collaborate with web development teams through product managers to request and implement new functionality
• Support and maintain transactional email systems with attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager
• Proven experience in B2C product or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with email/CRM platforms such as Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel construction and A/B testing methodologies
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with key metrics including open rate, CTR, conversion, and risk indicators
• Experience setting requirements for development teams and collaborating with product managers
• High attention to detail and proven responsibility in maintaining system-critical communications
