Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial and service terms that balance cost, quality, and continuity for critical operations categories.
• Examine spend patterns and process data to surface improvement opportunities and quantify their contribution to business performance.
• Lead supplier relationship programs that track performance, resolve issues, and foster ongoing capability growth.
• Guide cross-functional initiatives that embed standardized sourcing practices into broader supply chain and operations workflows.
• Report progress on key initiatives to leadership while ensuring alignment with East Region performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Substantial prior leadership experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or operations improvement roles at an Associate Director-equivalent level.
• Demonstrated skill in complex negotiations, total-cost analysis, and multi-stakeholder decision making.
• Ability to direct teams and coordinate activities spanning multiple sites among the 3 Locations.
• Background that includes a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business or supply chain, or comparable professional progression.
• Strong written and verbal communication talents suited to influencing senior audiences and partner organizations.
• Familiarity with performance-improvement techniques commonly applied inside supply chain and operations environments.
