In this role across 3 Locations you will concentrate on the human elements of improvement programs, aligning engagement tactics with broader performance goals so changes take hold sustainably and deliver lasting value within the central region.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Craft tailored change strategies that support business performance improvement objectives
  • Evaluate readiness levels and potential impacts of transitions on people and workflows
  • Build communication, sponsorship, and learning plans that keep stakeholders informed and motivated
  • Facilitate sessions and one-on-ones that equip managers and staff to adopt new ways of working
  • Gather feedback and track adoption indicators to refine approaches in real time
  • Coordinate across functions in the Central Region to keep People & Change activities synchronized with project milestones
