Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Shape and direct strategic sourcing programs that improve cost effectiveness and supplier performance within supply chain and operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to diagnose process gaps and implement targeted business performance improvement actions.
- Conduct market analyses and supplier evaluations to support category strategies and risk mitigation.
- Guide cross-functional collaboration on negotiation priorities, contract frameworks, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Monitor key metrics related to sourcing outcomes and operational efficiency to drive sustained results.
