Early Childhood Teacher

Green Leaves Group is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher for our learning centers across the United States. This is a full-time role supporting young learners in a classroom environment built on inquiry, creativity, and developmental best practices.

About the Role

You'll serve as a primary educator and mentor to preschool and kindergarten-age children, creating a nurturing space where developmental growth and joyful learning happen together. This position is central to our approach of fostering curiosity, social-emotional development, and academic readiness during these critical early years.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences that integrate play, exploration, and skill-building
• Observe and document each child's progress, recognizing individual learning styles and developmental milestones
• Create a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that reflects our quality standards
• Collaborate with families through regular communication and shared learning goals
• Support children's social-emotional development, conflict resolution, and peer relationships
• Participate in our professional development and teaching practice initiatives
• Maintain a clean, healthy learning space and follow all health and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• State certification or credential in early childhood education (or willingness to obtain)
• Understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting young learners
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
