Director / VP Enterprise Accounts & Partnerships

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in the corporate accommodation sector. This is a Director or VP-level role focused on enterprise account management and strategic partnerships across the United States. Our client operates a global platform serving multinational corporations, and they need an experienced leader who can own executive-level client relationships while building out supply chain partnerships.

This is a fully remote position requiring frequent travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor and executive point of contact for designated enterprise accounts
• Lead consultative engagements on technology adoption, cost optimization, and workflow efficiency with senior stakeholders
• Design and implement accommodation solutions tailored to clients' evolving program requirements
• Present supply chain performance, cost analysis, and strategic recommendations at monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews
• Manage end-to-end supply chain strategy, including supplier network expansion and partnership development
• Negotiate, execute, and manage Master Lease Agreements, renewals, and compliance oversight
• Drive client adoption of technology platforms and product suite
• Identify supply coverage gaps and proactively build supplier portfolios in priority markets
• Maintain senior-level supplier relationships ensuring performance and strategic alignment
• Lead cross-functional coordination across sales, product, operations, and finance teams
• Track and report on supply chain KPIs, occupancy trends, cost benchmarks, and utilization metrics
• Represent the organization at industry events and senior client forums across the Americas

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation industry (required)
• Proven track record managing direct corporate accounts and enterprise-level clients
• Demonstrated ability to own strategic client relationships at executive and stakeholder levels
• Significant experience negotiating and managing Master Lease Agreements or similar long-term accommodation contracts
• Deep industry knowledge in corporate accommodation (serviced apartments, corporate housing, or related sectors)
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with ability to influence across all seniority levels
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience with solution design, revenue retention, upsell identification, and risk mitigation
• Ability to translate client needs into supply strategy and provider partnerships
• Fast learner and proven problem solver
• Comfortable with frequent travel requirements
• Thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced, high-performing environment
