Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the Partner Relations team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Food Depository partners to advance effective and equitable food distribution.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Manage programs that improve food access and respond to community needs across Cook County.
- Champion equity in how food and resources reach partners and the people they serve.
