Position Summary

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and maintain growth and go-to-market operating rhythms, playbooks, and cross-team workflows that keep priorities aligned
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, and customer-facing leaders to improve handoffs, pipeline clarity, and conversion outcomes
• Establish reporting frameworks, reviews, and dashboards that highlight leading indicators for acquisition, activation, and expansion
• Diagnose friction in funnels and GTM processes, then introduce process changes and experiments that raise efficiency and quality
• Guide capacity planning, tooling choices, and operational standards so growth systems can scale without losing control
• Coach stakeholders on GTM operations hygiene, data-driven decision making, and consistent execution practices

What You Bring

• Senior experience in growth operations, GTM operations, revenue operations, or a closely related leadership track
• Solid command of funnel metrics, pipeline mechanics, and how marketing, sales, and customer motions connect
• Demonstrated ability to build or mature operating models, standard procedures, and cross-functional rituals
