About the Role

In this full-time Registered Nurse - Home Health position at Urrly, you will manage a caseload of patients receiving care at home rather than in a facility. You will focus on assessing needs, implementing physician-directed plans, and helping individuals maintain independence and comfort while recovering or managing ongoing conditions in Dallas, TX. The role rewards strong clinical judgment, reliable documentation, and a genuine desire to support patients and families where they live.

Core Duties

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments during home visits and create or update individualized care plans
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, injections, and wound care following clinical guidelines
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and treatment response, then communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Teach patients and caregivers about medications, symptoms, self-care techniques, and when to seek additional help
• Coordinate services with physicians, therapists, and other providers so care remains continuous and effective
• Document every visit, observation, intervention, and outcome accurately and in a timely manner
• Travel efficiently to patient homes throughout the Dallas, TX region to deliver scheduled nursing visits

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license valid in Texas
• Solid clinical nursing experience; solid home health or community nursing background preferred
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills in varied home environments
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities for educating patients and collaborating with families and teams
• Self-directed work style with the capacity to prioritize and manage an independent caseload of home visits
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for travel around Dallas, TX
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
