Join RC Consulting Solutions as a full-time Paralegal in our Phoenix, Maricopa County office. We're seeking a detail-oriented legal professional to provide essential support across our corporate, regulatory, compliance, and litigation practice areas.
About the Role
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Phoenix, Arizona, requiring presence in our office five days a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll work directly with our legal team, handling a diverse range of responsibilities that span multiple practice areas. As an hourly position, this role welcomes both paralegals early in their careers and those bringing established experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence for corporate matters
- Support litigation cases by organizing files, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation
- Research regulatory requirements and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and external counsel
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case analysis
- Track filing deadlines and maintain accurate billing records
- Provide administrative support to our legal department
What We're Looking For
- Paralegal certification or equivalent hands-on legal experience
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency with legal software and standard office applications
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Reliability and professional conduct for full-time on-site work
- Familiarity with legal procedures and court rules preferred
