About the Role
This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 3:15 pm, at $18 per hour. You'll be based in the community, providing direct support to individuals within our programs while working alongside clinical professionals to implement evidence-based strategies and behavioral plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals in community-based program settings
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to understand, implement, and adjust therapeutic and behavioral plans
- Offer practical assistance and evidence-based strategies to support daily living and independence
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you support
- Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation of support provided
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
