About the Role
The Field Superintendent position at Greenlight Networks is central to our operational success. You'll own day-to-day field leadership for telecommunications construction and fiber deployment projects, managing workforces, budgets, and timelines while maintaining the high standards that define our company. This is a full-time role where your leadership directly shapes project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage telecommunications and fiber construction projects ranging from focused site work to large-scale network deployments
- Direct subcontractors and field teams, coordinating labor to ensure all work adheres to Greenlight Networks standards and specifications
- Plan and maintain project schedules, coordinating labor availability and resource allocation to keep projects on timeline and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress assessments, verifying compliance with construction documents and quality requirements
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company procedures across all field operations
- Report project status to management, addressing challenges and changes with clear communication and problem-solving
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience as a construction superintendent or equivalent field leadership role in telecommunications, utility infrastructure, or civil construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule discipline
- Strong leadership presence with the communication skills to guide teams and drive accountability across the jobsite
- Familiarity with fiber network installation, telecommunications construction practices, or similar infrastructure work
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Dedication to safety, quality craftsmanship, and cost-effective project delivery
