About the Role

As a Digital Product Advancement and Placement Lead, you will own the vision and execution of digital product strategies that enable farmers to achieve greater success through innovative seed and crop protection solutions. Working closely with our Analytics and Data Sciences team, you will guide the development, positioning, and market adoption of digital tools that drive tangible value for agricultural operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on accountability for product delivery, market readiness, and farmer engagement across US markets.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic direction and advancement of digital product offerings aligned with Syngenta Seeds' mission and farmer needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies
• Oversee product development cycles from concept through launch, ensuring quality and timely deployment
• Drive market placement strategies that maximize adoption among target farmer segments
• Analyze market data and farmer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and refinement
• Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to leverage insights that inform product decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, regional partners, and end users
