About the Role

This is entrepreneurial work with institutional backing—you'll manage your own seed advisory business while drawing on the resources, expertise, and support of a global agricultural company. Your success in building grower relationships directly contributes to the success of the entire network.
What You'll Do
- Market, sell, and deliver seed products to growers and agricultural businesses throughout your territory
- Provide agronomic guidance and consultative recommendations based on crop genetics and regional growing conditions
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with farming clients
- Manage inventory, logistics, and product fulfillment for customer accounts
- Monitor market trends, regional crop performance, and grower needs
- Coordinate with Syngenta's regional and national teams to ensure customer support and success
