Autism Behavior Support

BK Healthcare Management is hiring for an Autism Behavior Support position in Hugoton, Stevens County, Kansas. This part-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to provide direct support to children with autism spectrum disorder through evidence-based behavioral intervention strategies.

About the Role

In this position, you'll work as part of a clinical team delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. You'll implement individualized treatment plans designed to build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support each child's progress toward greater independence and social engagement. Working directly alongside licensed professionals, you'll contribute to meaningful outcomes for the families you serve in the Hugoton community and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment protocols and behavior support strategies as directed by your clinical supervisor
• Collect and record behavioral data during sessions to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Provide one-on-one behavioral support and skill-building instruction to assigned clients
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding client status, concerns, and milestones
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of sessions and client interactions
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and professional ethical guidelines

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to pass a background check and any other required clearances

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
