About the Role

As Shift Leader at our Burien location in King County, you'll own your shift from start to finish. You'll supervise our team, uphold our quality standards, deliver excellent customer service, and make sure everything runs smoothly when you're in charge. This role combines hands-on leadership with the flexibility to jump in wherever your team needs you most.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and motivate team members during your shift
• Ensure food is prepared to Domino's quality and safety standards
• Train new team members and support their skill development
• Manage inventory, supplies, and cash operations
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Communicate effectively with store management

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to motivate others
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and restaurant technology
• Food service or retail operations background preferred
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
