Digital Business Consultant Mentor CZ

Academy of Digital Industries seeks an experienced digital business consultant and mentor to join our remote team as a freelance educational professional. You'll guide aspiring entrepreneurs through our Lean Business Creation course, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to launch and scale their own digital ventures.

Position Summary

This freelance mentor role focuses on developing the next generation of digital business leaders and entrepreneurs. You'll design and facilitate interactive, transformative learning experiences for students determined to build profitable digital businesses. By sharing real-world knowledge about customer discovery, business validation, go-to-market strategies, and customer acquisition, you'll equip participants with practical skills to confidently establish and grow sustainable ventures. Using current digital tools and proven methodologies, you'll teach students how to turn ideas into validated, scalable business models.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging workshop sessions—both synchronous in-person and online formats—combining conceptual learning with applied exercises and real business scenarios.
• Mentor students one-on-one and in group settings, helping them navigate business challenges, validate assumptions, and refine their entrepreneurial ideas throughout the course.
• Share practical business knowledge, proven entrepreneurial techniques, and insights from your own professional journey to illustrate core principles.
• Build a welcoming, collaborative learning community where students feel confident asking questions, exchanging ideas, and supporting one another's progress.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging digital platforms, AI innovations, and contemporary business practices, integrating fresh insights and tools into your teaching materials.

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience as a founder, entrepreneur, or digital business strategist building and scaling ventures.
• Thorough expertise in lean methodologies, customer research, business validation, and developing customer-focused business models.
• Excellent ability to explain sophisticated business concepts clearly to mixed-experience audiences, including students new to entrepreneurship.
• Proven track record developing customer acquisition strategies, designing scalable processes, and driving business growth in digital sectors.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, product commercialization, automation platforms, and modern business technology stacks.
• Experience mentoring or coaching emerging business professionals with genuine commitment to their success and development.
• Flexibility and self-management skills to work independently as a freelance professional while meeting course delivery commitments.
