About the Role
As a Demand Response & Load Management Specialist (Non-residential) at ICF, you will guide the design, launch, scaling, and ongoing delivery of demand response initiatives serving commercial, industrial, and agricultural (C&I/Agricultural) customers. This full-time position is performed remotely from a home office, with approximately 25% domestic travel anticipated to support program activities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and startup of non-residential demand response and load management programs.
- Support the scaling and day-to-day delivery of initiatives for commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers.
- Coordinate program execution across the C&I/Agricultural sectors to drive measurable results.
- Travel domestically (roughly 25%) as needed to advance program objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience with or strong working knowledge of demand response and load management programs.
- Familiarity with non-residential energy customers across commercial, industrial, and agricultural segments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, home-office setting while collaborating across teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 25% of the time.
