Site Operations Lead

SB Energy is seeking a full-time Site Operations Lead to join our team in Burlington, Milam County. As we scale our renewable energy infrastructure to meet America's growing energy demands, we're looking for an experienced operations professional to lead site activities, ensure facility safety and compliance, and drive operational excellence.

About the Role

As Site Operations Lead at SB Energy, you'll oversee day-to-day operations at our facility, managing teams, schedules, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance. You'll work directly with cross-functional partners to coordinate equipment operations, facility logistics, and site safety initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position offering the opportunity to build operational systems from the ground up in a dynamic, rapidly growing company backed by SoftBank and Ares.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage site operations team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment operations, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and resource allocation across site operations
• Monitor site performance metrics, identify operational improvements, and implement solutions
• Manage emergency response procedures and incident reporting
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and external contractors to execute facility projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in site operations, facility management, or industrial operations leadership
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of safety systems, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices
• Experience with equipment maintenance management and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
