What This Role Involves

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Texas Education Agency principal or administrator certification
- Minimum three years of full-time secondary classroom teaching experience
- Demonstrated expertise in school leadership and instructional management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered leadership
