What This Role Involves

This on-call role lets you contribute specialized technical support exactly when it's needed most, balancing flexibility with meaningful impact in crisis situations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond to on-call deployment requests for disaster recovery and emergency response projects
- Travel to client offices and disaster recovery sites to provide hands-on technical support
- Assess technical needs and implement recovery solutions at deployment locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during disaster recovery operations
- Document and report on technical activities and recovery progress
- Maintain technical expertise and readiness between deployments
What We're Looking For
