Senior Event Operations Lead , Strategic Events and Executive Programs

Amazon Ads is seeking a Senior Event Operations Lead to manage our Strategic Events and Executive Programs portfolio in International, King County. As a full-time leader, you'll own the operational success of our high-impact events—from conception through delivery—working across live, virtual, and hybrid experiences that drive business results.

About the Role

The Strategic Events and Executive Programs team at Amazon Ads delivers flagship events that connect with partners, customers, and stakeholders globally. In this role, you'll lead operational planning, execution, and oversight to ensure every event meets our standards for quality, timeline adherence, and financial performance. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics, and solve complex problems that arise during event production.

What You'll Do

• Direct end-to-end event operations for a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning multiple formats and geographies
• Develop and manage operational plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress and communicate status to stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and venue partners to ensure seamless execution
• Identify and mitigate operational risks; implement solutions that maintain quality and schedule
• Oversee event production details including logistics, staffing, technology, and on-site management
• Drive continuous improvement in event processes, efficiency, and attendee experience
• Manage business agreements, contracts, and compliance requirements
