Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential customer experience provider seeking bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support professionals for phone-based support roles. This is a remote, contract position serving U.S.-based customers for multiple enterprise clients across various industries.

We're looking for customer service professionals who thrive in helping customers resolve issues, answer questions, and optimize their use of products and services. You'll be part of a distributed team handling inbound support calls during high-demand hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls in English and Spanish
• Guide customers to solutions and resolve concerns professionally
• De-escalate challenging customer interactions with empathy and skill
• Assist customers in understanding and optimizing product or service features
• Maintain professional communication standards across all interactions
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as scheduled

What We're Looking For

• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish as a second language required
• Customer service experience with a service-oriented mindset
• Strong de-escalation skills and professional demeanor
• Previous phone support experience preferred
• Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for taking phone calls
• Dedicated Windows 10+ laptop or desktop computer
• Quality headset for clear communication
• Willingness to install required security software and two-factor authentication
• Commitment to minimum 10 hours per week
• Availability during Pacific Time hours: M-F 7am-12am, Sat-Sun 2pm-12am

Contract Details: 90-day initial contract (as needed basis), with orientation beginning September 21, 2026. Remote work from the United States. Note: This opportunity excludes residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.
