About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise SaaS organization seeking a Technical Architect to join their services team. In this senior advisory role, you will shape implementation best practices, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, and provide hands-on guidance for complex client engagements. You'll serve as the technical voice across delivery, support, sales, and product teams—helping deliver outcomes for enterprise clients in professional services sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for product implementations, driving consistency and quality across services delivery teams
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to design implementation plans for engagements spanning multiple product segments
  • Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations and integration services
  • Advise and consult on strategic or complex services projects, including hands-on technical implementation work where needed
  • Engage technical and business stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide product and engineering teams in defining client solutions

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, with extensive experience implementing enterprise software architecture and technologies
  • Technical architecture experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains
  • 5+ years of experience in LegalTech or FinTech sectors
  • 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience using data integrations with BOOMI (preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies, REST and other APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms
  • Intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who enjoy hands-on work and contributing to team success
