Customer Success Specialist

We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their Paris team. This is a career-launching role for someone eager to work with strategic enterprise accounts, drive product adoption, and develop into a trusted customer partner. You'll learn from experienced professionals while making immediate impact with global clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise users through product best practices and help them maximize platform value
• Support customer onboarding and ongoing enablement initiatives to ensure successful outcomes
• Serve as primary contact for daily customer questions, feedback, and feature requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams through regular proactive engagement
• Collaborate with senior Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities and expansion potential
• Monitor account health metrics and surface insights demonstrating measurable ROI
• Partner with Product, Implementation, and Growth teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development
• Contribute to playbooks and documentation that help scale success practices across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, or customer-facing roles
• Strong academic foundation in business, economics, finance, or engineering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in customer-facing interactions
• Highly organized and process-driven approach to work
• Experience with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and Excel; quick to learn new platforms
• Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus for this Paris-based role)
• Passionate about fintech, enterprise technology, and AI applications
• Resilient, hungry to learn, and comfortable taking ownership in fast-paced environments
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity in all work
