Senior SAP EWM Consultant / Solution Design (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics consulting organization seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant with solution design capabilities. In this role, you will:

• Guide clients through early project phases, facilitating workshops, scoping sessions, and solution discovery
• Analyze existing logistics processes and develop tailored EWM solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Take ownership of functional concepts, process designs, and architecture decisions
• Create effort estimates and contribute your expertise to proposal and pre-sales activities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional departments and operational units
• Shape end-to-end processes across intralogistics operations
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and emerging talent within the team
• Develop toward solution design, sub-project leadership, or trusted advisor roles

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM environments
• Strong understanding of intralogistics processes, particularly goods receipt, goods issue, and warehouse strategies
• Proven track record implementing SAP EWM projects including process design and customizing
• Genuine interest in advising clients on business processes rather than only executing technical requirements
• Curiosity about business processes, economic relationships, and sustainable value creation
• Strong communication skills and confident presence in workshops and client meetings
• Comfort working in dynamic environments and willingness to take on responsibility
• Experience with S/4HANA EWM, warehouse automation, or end-to-end process landscapes is a plus
• German language proficiency required for this remote role in the German market
