Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility, including unit assignments, billing, and lease administration
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
• Conduct facility tours and assist customers in selecting appropriate storage units for their needs
• Process rental agreements, payments, and account management using facility management systems
• Maintain facility cleanliness, security, and compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Monitor facility inventory, oversee maintenance requests, and coordinate repairs as needed
• Perform administrative tasks including record-keeping, reporting, and documentation
