About the Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Security Officer, you will serve in a full-time role providing professional security services while maintaining exceptional customer interactions. Working in Scottsdale, Maricopa County, you'll protect people, assets, and facilities while delivering the high-level service our clients expect from a trusted security partner.
What You'll Do
- Monitor facilities and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Conduct regular patrols and maintain detailed incident reports
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and customer requests
- Interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public
- Maintain security equipment and communicate system status to management
- Follow all company protocols and security procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Physical capability to perform patrol duties and respond to incidents
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Compensation & Employment Details
This is a full-time position with a competitive wage range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
