Key Responsibilities

• Hold structured consultations that uncover English learning objectives and proficiency levels for individuals and small groups.
• Recommend course pathways that align with assessed needs, study timelines and desired outcomes.
• Walk clients through enrolment steps, answer detailed questions about content and structure, and set clear next actions.
• Record interaction notes accurately and maintain timely follow-ups to support ongoing learner satisfaction.
• Partner with colleagues across the Bangkok team to share insights on client trends and refine consultation approaches.
• Keep abreast of current ESL teaching methods so advice remains practical and up to date.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that build trust during client conversations.
• Prior experience in educational consulting, student advisory or related client-facing work.
• Solid awareness of English-as-a-second-language principles and typical course formats.
• Ability to listen carefully, evaluate needs quickly and propose suitable solutions.
• Organisational discipline for managing appointment schedules, documentation and multiple concurrent enquiries.
