About the Role
We're building a supportive environment where new graduate licensed practical nurses can develop clinical competency while delivering compassionate patient care. Working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, you'll gain real-world experience under the guidance of experienced registered nurses who are invested in your professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, delivering treatments and monitoring patient responses
- Assist patients with activities of daily living to support their independence and well-being
- Maintain clear communication with the nursing team about patient status and care needs
- Support patients in working toward their individual health goals
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Contribute to a patient-centered care environment with compassion and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Current graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Strong clinical fundamentals and willingness to learn from experienced nurses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
