Maximus is hiring a Federal Marketing Principal Specialist for a full-time remote position based in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County. This strategic leadership role drives integrated marketing initiatives across the Defense, Civilian, Federal Healthcare, National Security, and Space Sector markets, working directly with business development, capture, and growth executives.

About the Role

You'll lead comprehensive marketing strategy and execution for federal clients and market segments, bringing strategic vision and proven ability to deliver results in complex federal environments. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll coordinate marketing initiatives with capture and business development teams to align campaigns with organizational growth objectives across multiple federal sectors.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that reach federal Defense, Civilian, Federal Healthcare, National Security, and Space Sector decision-makers
• Collaborate with capture and business development teams to support pipeline growth and strengthen competitive positioning
• Develop strategic marketing plans that articulate Maximus capabilities and value proposition to federal clients and prospects
• Oversee marketing communications, content strategy, and messaging frameworks tailored to each federal market segment
• Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and present insights to inform leadership strategy
• Champion federal marketing initiatives and represent Maximus at industry events and client engagements

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in federal marketing, government contracting marketing, or comparable B2B marketing leadership
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement, compliance requirements, and federal market structure
• Proven strategic planning and project management experience at a leadership level
• Ability to craft and communicate value propositions for sophisticated federal solutions
• Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience cross-functionally with sales, capture, business development, and executive teams
