About the Role

As a Federal Marketing Principal Specialist at Maximus, you'll own the strategic direction of marketing initiatives that support our federal sector business. You'll collaborate closely with business development, capture teams, and senior leaders to position our solutions in defense, civilian agencies, federal health programs, national security, and space markets. This is a high-visibility position that directly impacts growth and competitive positioning.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting federal buyers and stakeholders across multiple sectors
• Partner with capture leaders and business development teams to align messaging and support strategic pursuits
• Create and refine positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for federal solutions
• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
• Manage marketing strategy, planning, and execution for complex federal accounts and pursuits
• Oversee content development, digital presence, and thought leadership in federal markets
• Track market intelligence and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
