New Graduate Nurse – Emergency Department (Nights)

About the Role

You'll deliver comprehensive patient care across our emergency department, working with patients of all ages and acuity levels. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you'll develop the clinical judgment and technical skills essential to emergency nursing. This role emphasizes foundational competency in assessment, care planning, and patient advocacy within a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform direct patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and care planning for emergency patients
• Implement nursing interventions and monitor patient responses to treatment
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient outcomes
• Support emergency procedures and respond effectively to high-acuity patient situations
• Apply critical thinking and communication skills to ensure safe, compassionate patient care
• Work night shifts (hours vary) as part of a 24/7 emergency operation

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license (or eligibility to obtain in Missouri) with Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
