About the Role

What You'll Do
- Perform direct patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and care planning for emergency patients
- Implement nursing interventions and monitor patient responses to treatment
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient outcomes
- Support emergency procedures and respond effectively to high-acuity patient situations
- Apply critical thinking and communication skills to ensure safe, compassionate patient care
- Work night shifts (hours vary) as part of a 24/7 emergency operation
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (or eligibility to obtain in Missouri) with Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
