Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartment units, common areas, and building systems
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders

• Maintain equipment, tools, and maintenance records in accordance with company standards
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when specialized work is required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance, building maintenance, or related field
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or similar technical areas
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in the Eastlake, Adams County area
• Willingness to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
