Corporate Consolidation Accounting Supervisor

Prime System Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Consolidation Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In this full-time role, you'll lead consolidation activities across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance while guiding a growing accounting team.

About the Role

As Corporate Consolidation Accounting Supervisor at Prime System Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end consolidation process for our corporate entities. You'll oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, coordinate with subsidiary finance teams, and ensure all intercompany transactions are properly eliminated and recorded. This is a hands-on leadership position where your technical expertise in consolidation accounting combined with your ability to mentor junior staff will be critical to our financial reporting excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Identify, document, and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances
• Develop and maintain consolidation schedules and supporting documentation
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate material variances between actual and expected results
• Coordinate with subsidiary and divisional finance teams to gather consolidation data
• Lead and mentor the accounting team members assigned to consolidation activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and financial reporting requirements
• Support external auditors during year-end and interim audit procedures
• Continuously improve consolidation processes and systems efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in consolidation accounting or corporate accounting roles
• Demonstrated proficiency with consolidation software and Excel for complex financial modelling
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, consolidation standards, and group financial reporting
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience working in a multinational or multi-entity corporate environment is preferred
