About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for a Talent Acquisition Consultant. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates based in the United States.

Our client is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join their corporate Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for specific functional areas, occasionally handling high-visibility, high-volume, or difficult-to-fill positions. You'll partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to build robust talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance, including refining job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting structured interviews, and negotiating compensation
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent through networking, direct outreach, employee referrals, and university partnerships
• Build and maintain talent networks across assigned functional areas to ensure healthy near-, mid-, and long-term pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to create effective assessment and closing approaches while managing expectations and demonstrating ROI
• Maintain pipeline health metrics and deliver regular reporting on applicant flow and recruitment performance
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process to ensure representative candidate pipelines
• Leverage modern recruiting platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems to maximize reach and efficiency
• Recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives as needed while balancing concurrent searches

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of corporate, full-cycle recruitment experience with proven success closing candidates and negotiating offers
• One of the following education/experience combinations:
  • High School Diploma and 6–8 years of recruiting experience
  • Associate's degree and 4–6 years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of recruiting experience (Human Resources or related field preferred)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is a plus)
• Demonstrated track record of diverse talent placement success

• Strong partnership-building abilities across HR, business functions, and external recruitment networks
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
• Excellence in modern recruitment branding and networking using online platforms and industry best practices
• Analytical mindset with ability to create, measure, and scale recruitment workflows and metrics
• Strong client focus with commitment to continuous improvement and creative problem-solving
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional diplomacy
• Self-sufficient work style with ability to operate successfully both independently and within a team environment
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and EEO regulations
