About the Role
As a Community Service Therapist (Kent County) with Mental Edge Counseling., you will provide clinical counseling services to individuals and families across the local community. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Wyoming, Kent County, working within an established outpatient mental health practice known for trusted, reliable care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic counseling to individuals, families, children, adolescents, couples, and groups
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support clients connected to our outpatient programs and Higher Level of Care services
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with practice standards
- Coordinate care with colleagues and community partners to support positive client outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field
- Appropriate clinical licensure or license-eligibility consistent with the role
- Experience providing therapy across diverse populations and presenting concerns
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and documentation skills
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Kent County
