About the Role
As a part-time Digital Print Specialist and Center Associate, you are the central hub of our store operations—handling everything from shipping coordination to graphic design and print fulfillment. You'll work directly with customers from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique needs and delivering solutions that keep their businesses and personal projects moving forward efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Pack and prepare shipments for local, national, and international delivery across multiple carrier services
- Design, manage, and produce digital print orders and graphics for business and consumer clients
- Operate and maintain copiers, fax machines, printers, and specialized printing equipment
- Provide consultative customer service by assessing shipping needs, costs, and delivery timelines
- Process transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a professional, organized workspace and follow all shipping compliance protocols
