What This Role Involves
As an Employment Dream Coach at Caring Circuit Institute, you guide individuals through their employment journey, helping them identify career goals and navigate the steps to achieve them. Your work spans one-on-one coaching sessions, community-based support, and collaborative planning with clients and community partners. The role adapts to serve clients across diverse employment backgrounds and circumstances in the San Bernardino area. Your typical schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional adjustments to accommodate client employment schedules and community activities.
Core Duties
- Conduct individual coaching sessions to assess client employment goals and develop personalized action plans
- Support clients in job search strategies, resume development, and interview preparation
- Coordinate with community partners and employers to identify employment opportunities
- Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies to meet evolving needs
- Maintain detailed client records and contribute to program reporting
- Participate in community outreach and client engagement activities
