- Create and share content that informs, inspires, and connects residents
- Organize and facilitate community events, programs, and gatherings that strengthen relationships
- Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor community sentiment and gather insights to improve our offerings and services
- Collaborate across departments to ensure community voice shapes our decisions
- Develop strategies to increase participation and belonging among the people we serve
