As a Leasing Consultant at The Ivy at Ariston, you'll be the welcoming face of the community and a key part of the RangeWater team — what we proudly call a "Ranger." This on-site role in Buford centers on guiding prospective residents through every step of the leasing journey while supporting the day-to-day success of the property. People are at the core of what we do, and you'll have the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives and neighborhoods we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and assist prospective residents, showcasing available apartment homes and community amenities
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry through move-in, including applications and lease paperwork
• Build positive relationships with current and future residents to support retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with on-site teammates to meet occupancy and leasing goals
• Maintain accurate records and respond promptly to resident questions and requests

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a genuine, people-first attitude
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
