As Communication & Interior Design Manager at Ikano-Retail in Johor Bahru, you'll bridge design innovation and strategic communication to strengthen our retail spaces and brand messaging. Core Duties

• Conceive and execute interior design concepts for retail spaces that align with brand identity and customer expectations
• Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards across locations
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on schedule and within scope
• Communicate design rationale and updates to internal stakeholders, management, and external partners
• Manage design budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of high-impact retail environments
• Oversee seasonal refreshes and campaign-driven installations
• Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all visual touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in interior design, visual merchandising, or design management within a retail setting
