About the Role
As a Floor Maintenance professional, you will join a hands-on crew entrusted with caring for the physical environment of Methodist Hospital. This is an on-site, full-time position in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed work and understands how a well-maintained facility shapes the experience of every patient and family who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Care for and maintain flooring of all types throughout the hospital, including cleaning, treating, and refinishing as needed.
- Tend to furniture, walls, and fixtures to keep shared and clinical spaces presentable and in good condition.
- Use the authority granted to the maintenance team to identify and address upkeep needs across the facility.
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable setting that reflects the quality of care patients expect.
