Goods Flow Assistant (Picking & Replenishment) – Part Time

Join Ikano-Retail as a Goods Flow Assistant specialising in picking and replenishment operations at our Pasay City facility. This is a part-time position designed to keep your supply chain operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What This Role Involves

As a Goods Flow Assistant focused on picking and replenishment, you'll be a key member of our logistics team, managing the movement and organisation of goods throughout our warehouse and retail operations in Pasay City. You'll ensure products reach the right location at the right time, maintaining accuracy and speed in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

What You'll Do

• Pick and prepare items for order fulfilment according to picking lists and warehouse instructions
• Conduct inventory replenishment across warehouse zones and retail shelving areas
• Verify product accuracy and condition before placing goods into storage or dispatch
• Operate warehouse management systems and scanning equipment to track goods movement
• Maintain organised, clean, and safe working conditions throughout your shift
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily throughput targets
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to your supervisor

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or goods handling (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly)
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy in picking and counting tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy and literacy in English
• Reliability and commitment to consistent part-time hours
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures
