Commercial Account Executive – San Jose

About the Role

As a Commercial Account Executive at SHI International, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, developing strategic relationships with decision-makers and technology leaders. You'll identify growth opportunities, present solutions tailored to client needs, and work collaboratively across our organization to deliver exceptional service. This is a full-time position based in Valley Home, Stanislaus County.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their business objectives and IT needs
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop account strategies that drive revenue growth and customer retention
• Present IT solutions and services to clients, demonstrating value and competitive advantage
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and account administration
• Track account metrics, pipeline opportunities, and revenue performance
• Attend industry events and meetings to support account development

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in commercial sales or account management, ideally in the IT or technology solutions space
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solution opportunities
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
