Clinical Testing Neuropsychologist (PhD/PsyD) – Union, NJ

LifeStance Health is recruiting a Clinical Testing Neuropsychologist with a PhD or PsyD for a full-time position in Chestnut, Union County, New Jersey. About the Role

As a Clinical Testing Neuropsychologist at LifeStance Health, you will conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, administer standardized cognitive assessments, and produce detailed clinical reports that guide treatment planning and clinical decision-making. You'll work with adults, children, and across the lifespan, making a direct impact on patient care outcomes within our expanding team.

What You'll Do

• Perform neuropsychological testing and comprehensive cognitive evaluations with patients across all age groups
• Administer and interpret standardized neuropsychological batteries, cognitive tests, and behavioral assessments
• Develop well-reasoned clinical reports documenting assessment findings and diagnostic impressions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, clinical therapists, and care coordinators to integrate testing results into individualized treatment plans
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements
• Participate in clinical quality improvement and contribute to evidence-based practice standards

What We're Looking For

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical psychology with specialized training or expertise in neuropsychology
• Current, active New Jersey license to practice psychology
• Demonstrated competency in neuropsychological assessment, testing administration, and interpretation
• Experience evaluating and working therapeutically with diverse patient populations and age groups
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex clinical information clearly to patients and colleagues
• Dedication to patient-centered mental healthcare and clinical excellence
