Walters Hospitality is seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Specialist in New Braunfels, Comal County, to elevate brand presence and spark community connections across a vibrant portfolio of event venues and hospitality services.

About the Role

As a Field Marketing Specialist with Walters Hospitality, you will own the on-the-ground marketing strategy for an assigned group of venues and ancillary services in the New Braunfels area. This full-time, in-person position combines hands-on field activation with digital marketing execution, ensuring each venue maintains a strong, consistent identity within its local market while generating qualified leads and meaningful community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen brand visibility across an assigned collection of venues and related hospitality offerings.
• Plan and execute field marketing activations that connect each venue with its surrounding community.
• Drive lead generation efforts that support venue bookings and revenue goals.
• Carry out digital marketing initiatives that complement local, in-person outreach.
• Ensure every venue is accurately and compellingly represented within its local market.
• Foster relationships that grow community awareness and engagement for Walters Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience spanning both digital marketing and field or event-based marketing activation.
• A talent for generating leads and building brand awareness within local communities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills suited to in-market, on-site work.
• Ability to manage marketing efforts across multiple venues and services simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on-site in and around New Braunfels, Comal County (this is not a remote position).
