Clinical Psychologist (Child or Adult) – Lexington, MA

LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to children and adults in our community.

About the Role

As a Clinical Psychologist with LifeStance Health, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessment and treatment in a collaborative healthcare setting. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to address the mental health needs of the patients you serve.

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments for children and/or adult clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing mental health concerns
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare team members
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches based on clinical outcomes
• Participate in clinical consultation and case conferences as needed
• Foster an inclusive and supportive clinical environment for all patients

What We're Looking For

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or related doctoral discipline
• Valid, active license to practice psychology in Massachusetts
• Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adult populations
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and assessment techniques
• Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care
• Ability to thrive in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare team
