Clinical Psychologist – Franklin, MA

About the Role

This is a full-time clinical position based in our Franklin, Norfolk County location. You'll provide evidence-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients across the lifespan, working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment that supports both individual clinical excellence and integrated care outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, clinical interviews, and psychodiagnostic testing
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Monitor treatment progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document clinical notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and other clinical team members to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
• Contribute to a supportive clinical culture that prioritizes both patient outcomes and clinician wellbeing

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts license to practice psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in psychology)
• Clinical experience in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychological treatment
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Experience working in team-based, integrated healthcare settings (preferred)
• Commitment to patient-centered care and cultural competency
• Professional liability insurance or eligibility to obtain coverage
